Family-Owned.

Vacation Rentals Tennessee is a family owned and operated business located in Sevierville, Tennessee. Since opening in 2013, we have been developing, renovating and managing rental properties located within East Tennessee.

Our Mission.

Our mission is to provide the opportunity for our guests to gather with friends and family to enjoy the beauty and wonders of nature with all the comforts of home. We strive to give our guests the most enjoyable experience possible with superior customer service and a keen attention to detail.

Licensed Property Management.

We operate as a licensed Vacation Lodging Service under the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance. Profession Code: 2506, License # 446.
