Legendary Property in the Heart of it All
The Estate, hosted by Vacation Rentals Tennessee, is a luxurious, cozy six bedroom custom home that can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests. Rent the house for your family and enjoy the 5 minute drive to Dollywood. Or use this property to host your events. The House and surrounding grounds can host small groups up to 25 people. With the addition of The Party Barn to the reservation, larger groups of up to 75 can be accommodated. See below for details.
Space
This Estate house can be rented alone for the posted nightly rates or with The Party Barn added. The Barn is not required and priced separately. The home boasts 6 total bedrooms. 2 primary king suites, 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 Sleeper sofa's totaling accommodations for 12 guest. 6 total bathrooms including large master bathroom. The Barn has a large wrap-around covered pavilion and open deck, two bathrooms, catering kitchen and bunk room. Access to The Party Barn can be added for $1000 per night. Tables, chairs, serving stations, flatware and other extras can be added. Vendor list available. The Party Barn will be invoiced and billed separately from the over night booking.
Access
With the overnight rental of The Estate you will have full access to the home, driveway, garage, patio, front porch and the fenced in yard. You may host small gatherings, weddings or reunions for your overnight group of 12 + 13 outside guest for a total of 25 people for an additional fee of $500. This does not include The Party Barn, pavilion or any porches and covers spaces around it. All events, weddings, reunions above 12 guest must be registered and approved with management. Once registered and approved you may invite 13 additional outside guest for The Estate House OR with The Party Barn added host up to 75 and gain access to the Entire 16 Acre property. Any events held without approval will be a breach of contract. Minimum age requirement of 23 years old.
Neighborhood
The Estate sits on 16 acres overlooking Mount LeConte. Private and secluded close to Veterans Blvd and Collier Blvd just 3 miles from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.
Notes
All events need to be approved. Any events held without approval will be a breach of contract. Any Vendors need to be registered. No party tents or other inside or outside party equipment allowed without prior approval. Per Sevierville Fire Marshall this property is only permitted to have 12 overnight guest.
House Rules
No groups over 18 people without prior approval and signed agreements. Extra guest allowed with permission and fee's paid.
